Lance Coleman, Director, and Steve Cardwell, Assistant Director, of Blount County Emergency Management will discuss the county’s recently developed long-term disaster recovery plan and the team of volunteers that the mayor and BCEM are working to recruit to implement this plan. They will be joined by TEMA Area Coordinator Bob Crane.
